"Check in process was hospitality that felt more like hostage taking. Once a key was made it was not given to us until a small sales pitch after waiting for an intermediate non value added step at the concierge. I will never stay at another Westgate property again. Avoid if you value your vacation time. It's a shame a lovely set of units are plagued by bad management and aggressive tactics."

"When we first checked in the outside of the hotel seemed very nice. Had a nice pool and the area looked well maintained. When we got in the room it was very clear it was surface cleaned. There was dirt on the floor and around the counters. Later that night we saw roaches moving around! We killed them and left the next morning. I let the front desk know about it and they didn’t seemed too concerned. Just asked me where I saw it and said the next time the exterminators come they would let them...

"We have stayed here several times over the past few years. It's a great location and the price is really good given it's proximity to the heart of Nashville. The property is always well maintained. The staff is always professional and super nice. But, the breakfast stinks. The selection is minimal and poorly prepared. It's the south! How about some BnG?"

"Nice comfortable room with all the necessities. This is an older hotel but well kept. Getting to the hotel on a Saturday at 5pm was time consuming to say the least but Waze managed to find the best route. Located on a very convenient road to many restaurants and attractions. The Staff (Rokeya and John) were amazing Desk attendants. Checkin was fast and easy, they knew ALL the ins and outs of this town and provided us with great recommendations.
