"The location of the apartment is excellent. And there is private parking, which is very important in this area of โ€‹โ€‹Jerusalem. Right next to the city center and the train. The apartment was not that clean. We received new towels for each guest but they left dirty towels in the shower. There are no TVs in the rooms, only in the living room. Communication with the host was only through messages and not directly to a phone number. It is not so convenient when you need an immediate solution...

"Our experience was Terrible. They delayed our check-in and refused to give us the room on time. When we finally got in, the room was filthy, smelled awful, and was completely messy. Even worse, someone entered our room without our permission and went through our personal belongings. This is by far the worst hotel and the worst customer service we have ever experienced on a trip. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME ERROR. Do not be fooled by the price. It was a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE."

"Lovely and very clean renovated room. Very comfortable bed and kettle with tea and coffee was very appreciated. Plenty wardrobe space and great shower. Good blackout curtains but can get noisy with street noise so make sure the windows are closed properly. Sweets, chocolates and nuts and bottles of water were left in the room for us and is a thoughtful touch. The staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast average but plentiful. I would definitely stay here again."
