When we finally got in, the room was filthy, smelled awful, and was completely messy. Even worse, someone entered our room without our permission and went through our personal belongings. "Hotel was lovely. Staff was very attentive. Food was delicious. Amenities (pool and gym) were terrific. The only challenge they have - not their fault - is that there is massive construction around them on a new underground train AND a light rail. So there is a lot of dust and it is not easy to get in and out of the property. But once inside - no complaints!"

I love the hotel and the property but I will probably not come back to this hotel and I will choose another of many good hotels in Jerusalem."

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great and the gym, in spite of being small is well equiped and, no less important, well ventilted and airconditioned. I whole heartedly recommend this hotel."
