Jaffa street Studios - 5 min to Market"The room was in an excellent location. It suited my needs and was an excellent value. For 1 person its great . Can't see it happening for more than 1.Communication was challenging, but once i was able to speak with someone things went smoothly. They were very accommodating and easy to deal with. It would have been easier for me personally had i been able to communicate via email, but it worked out."

JTower - Isrentals
JTower - Isrentals"Our experience was Terrible. They delayed our check-in and refused to give us the room on time. When we finally got in, the room was filthy, smelled awful, and was completely messy. Even worse, someone entered our room without our permission and went through our personal belongings. This is by far the worst hotel and the worst customer service we have ever experienced on a trip. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME ERROR. Do not be fooled by the price. It was a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE."

HaRav Agan 12 - Isrentals
HaRav Agan 12 - Isrentals"The location of the apartment is excellent. And there is private parking, which is very important in this area of โโJerusalem. Right next to the city center and the train. The apartment was not that clean. We received new towels for each guest but they left dirty towels in the shower. There are no TVs in the rooms, only in the living room. Communication with the host was only through messages and not directly to a phone number. It is not so convenient when you need an immediate solution...

Where to stay in Jerusalem

Old City
Jerusalem's Old City cradles humanity's most sacred treasures within ancient stone walls. The Western Wall stands as Judaism's holiest site while the Church of the Holy Sepulchre and Dome of the Rock draw faithful from across the world. Four distinct quartersโJewish, Muslim, Christian, and Armenianโpreserve their unique cultures in this living museum. Wander narrow cobblestone lanes where centuries-old traditions continue alongside vibrant markets. The Via Dolorosa traces Christ's final footsteps through bustling Arab souks filled with spices and handicrafts. Dawn offers the most peaceful exploration before pilgrims and visitors fill these hallowed streets.

Mamilla
Jerusalem's Mamilla area bridges ancient and modern worlds with its upscale pedestrian promenade. This elegant limestone walkway connects contemporary luxury to the Old City's historic Jaffa Gate. High-end boutiques and sophisticated cafรฉs line the route, creating a refined shopping atmosphere. Archaeological displays throughout the area reveal layers of Jerusalem's rich past. The area boasts stunning views of Jerusalem's golden walls and iconic skyline. Visitors can explore the Mamilla Mall's designer shops or visit nearby cultural attractions like Zion Square. Evening brings a magical ambiance as subtle lighting illuminates the limestone architecture against the ancient backdrop.

German Colony
The German Colony charms visitors with its 19th-century Templar architecture and distinctive stone houses topped with red-tiled roofs. This historic Jerusalem area centers around vibrant Emek Refaim Street, lined with pavement cafรฉs and boutique shops. Locals and travellers alike enjoy the European village atmosphere just minutes from the Old City. Visit the First Station cultural hub or explore the Museum of Natural History during your stay. The Jerusalem Theatre hosts evening performances while Hansen House showcases contemporary design and technology. Wide tree-canopied streets create a peaceful retreat from the city's intensity while maintaining easy access to major attractions.

Rehavia
Rehavia offers a peaceful retreat in Jerusalem with tree-lined streets and beautiful Bauhaus architecture. This upscale area showcases elegant stone mansions including the Prime Minister's Residence and former homes of Israeli leaders. The area maintains its distinct cultural character from its 1920s German-Jewish intellectual roots. Visitors can explore the Jerusalem Great Synagogue and stroll to nearby Ben Yehuda Street. The L.A. Meyer Institute for Islamic Art and Jerusalem Theatre provide cultural experiences. Wide pavements and minimal traffic make Rehavia perfect for quiet exploration away from typical tourist crowds.

Jerusalem City Centre
Jerusalem City Centre captivates visitors with its profound historical significance and sacred atmosphere. Ancient limestone walls frame the Western Wall where whispered prayers mingle with rustling notes. The golden Dome of the Rock gleams above cobblestone paths leading to candlelit chambers. Mahane Yehuda Market bursts with crimson pomegranates and vendors calling in Arabic and Hebrew. Light rail connects major sites while narrow streets in the Old City require extensive walking. Religious observance shapes daily life with church bells, Muslim calls to prayer, and Hebrew chants creating a layered soundscape. Traditional crafts and customs thrive alongside modern amenities, offering an authentic glimpse into Jerusalem's living history.

Top Jerusalem Hotel Reviews
Prima Kings Hotel
"Very helpful staff and nice clean room. The only issue was the bathroom completely flooded when you showered, but when we notified reception they sent someone very quickly to come fix the problem."
Ramada by Wyndham Jerusalem
"The room was clean and spacious for Israel. Staff were all extremely helpful and kind. The Israeli breakfast was something special, with fresh fruit, vegetables, salads, fish, hot entrees, and baked goods of all sorts. The self-serve cappuccino machines were appreciated. Best feature for a Jerusalem hotel was the outdoor pool - grande! and a small pool for children and a little play area. This was in addition to a large indoor swimming pool and a good indoor gym."
The Eldan Hotel
"The most convenient, kind, and easy hotel- down to earth staff and customers, not over the top or super luxurious, but great enough at a great price to be exactly in a prime location with a delicious Israeli breakfast"
