"Yes We supposed to Free bottle of wine but they didn't give it to us"

"We liked the clean room, comfortable bed and lovely balcony overlooking the square. The breakfast was good. The towels were very thin and the design of the sink and tap in the bathroom meant that the water splashed everywhere whenever used. There weren’t enough towels to make the bathroom usable. There was no body lotion which you would expect in a 4 star hotel. We were given vouchers for free drinks in the hotel lobby but there was never a member of staff there to facilitate this. The person who cleaned the room was very efficient."

"There is no shampoo or anything else. Just towels and bar soap. Thats it. So prepare to bring shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and anything else. Its nice otherwise. Convenient location. Everyone knows where it is. Please note that everything here closes almost near sunset. When I say everything I mean everything. So its best to get money exchange and food well before sunset. Everything is unreliable open/closed on Friday and Saturday. Car cannot come here. They drop you off at Damascus gate and then you walk. Its not too bad."

"Nice hotel, centrally located. Lobby is clean big welcoming and pretty. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable though would say the bathroom has seen better days. Floor behind and around the toilet was cracked, old looking, water damaged. The shower has a half door and water sprays out of the shower/bath when taking a shower. The breakfast is phenomenal and one of the best parts of the stay. Would stay again though would suggest an upgrade to the bathroom."

"What a perfect place to enjoy the key biblical and historical sites of Jerusalem. I was able to condense a 3-day stay into a valuable vacation because the hotel is in the middle of everything I wanted to see: City of David, Pilgrimage Road, Mount of Olives, Western Wall, Temple Mount, Mount Zion, Chamber of the Holocaust, Room of the Last Supper, Mary's Crypt, King David's Crypt, Garden of Gethsemane, Church of the Holy Sepulchre, and more. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, the A/C was essential and good, the taxi pick up was right outside the door and a 5-minute drive to $$$ and $$$$ dining. A solid value for the money; I will go there again."
