"We thought this was an extremely engaging family owned boutique hotel with rooms of different sizes, little kitchenettes. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming The hotel did not provide a meal options.Therefore, I have no rating for that. We are looking to go back as a bigger family as our home base for some family celebrations coming up"

The restaurant’s managerial staff led by Whaleed, Alian, Gazaleh, and Hirbawi warmly welcomes guests and is above and beyond expectations. Additionally, the reception and concierge staff also make a stay at the Orient exceptional. I highly recommend staying at the Orient! "

"The hotel is directly across the street from the Great Synagogue in Jerusalem. Super convenient for the holidays. They offer meals for all of the holiday days.Shabbat elevators. Kosher. Services in the hotel itself if you don’t want to go across the street. They provided the Yahrzeit candle that I let for my parents."
