"We were really disappointed with our stay. The biggest issue was the customer service. It was hard to find anyone at the front desk, and we often had to wait just to get help. Breakfast was exactly the same every morning with very limited choices, so it got repetitive after a couple of days. Whenever we called the front desk from our room, no one answered, which was very frustrating. Checking out was just as disappointing. There was no one at the front desk. "Room was clean with the exception of the hairs that were in the beds when we arrived. The TV’s did not work and had to get service for this and to fix the broken door so it would close. Also had to have them reset both beds and then the fire alarms went off multiple times anyone showered or the balcony door was open too long. When we called, they did take us seriously and attempted to correct these things but was inconvenienced with so much staff in and out. We had 5 people in the room at one...

"I liked how accessible the beach was. (Right across the street). Parking was a mess- one elevator wasn’t working so had to go in the front door, no matter where you parked) to get to a working elevator."

"As soon as me and my family arrived the front desk lady was not very nice she seemed like she was in a hurry to leave and our room that we got it was just not what we expected there was alot of hair in the bed restroom floor and your not going to believe it but there was also lots of hairs in the small fridges. Im just a little disappointed because you would expect a decent clean room for something expensive that it costed me. Im sorry but I dont recommend this hotel."

"Great staff and really friendly. Room was clean. The room had a weak A/C unit that works more as a cooling fan than air conditioning. Offers free ice but really limited in the amount the machine can produce. There are no sidewalks leading anywhere to the motel, so remember to bring everything you’ll need as you’ll need a car to leave the property."
