"We arrived quite late and the team at check-in were amazing. We had just welcomed our newest grandson at a nearby hospital and had not had a chance to eat dinner. Not only did the team offer to keep the bar open a little later, they also happily made up some food for us and this was well after 11 pm. Super friendly and personable staff. Our room was fantastic, super clean. Great location. Will absolutely choose Hyatt again. Thank you for an amazing last-minute stay."

"The hotel is very clean and well cared for. Rooms are a good size, lots of room. Beds are comfortable. We only had a coffee and banana bread in the morning, all were good. Not big gamblers so I turned $20 into $100 and was happy with that. We will stay there next time in"

"The view from my balcony was absolutely incredible! I would stay here again just because of that. Unfortunately, it wasn’t very clean. The shower glass was dirty, the shower drain was completely clogged and nearly overflowed the shower pan while I had a short shower, and the sheets, although clean..were very wrinkled. Also the cutlery that was thoughtfully provided, was also dirty (had remnants of someone else’s food on it). But because of the stellar view, I did enjoy my stay."
