"Clean room Parking"

"Was not given the room types we reserved, one room had a chair, the other did not, one room had no hair dryer, the other did. Both bathrooms had mold and mildew in the showers, one shower was broken. Plumbing made horrible sounds at seemingly random times. Only positive about the experience was the price"

"Paid a cash deposit, front desk came back and said the room smelled of smoke. No one smokes. When I mentioned it he shrugged, clapped his hands together and said well it does we can’t give you your deposit back. There was no talking, no listening about the people we saw walking around the property smoking. He didn’t care. So rude and dismissive."

"I requested a king size room with an ocean view. I got a room that looked out on the other hotel and if you lean out and turn you can kind of see the ocean. If you want an ocean view you should request the pool view that looks out on the ocean. The hotel was right across the road from the ocean which is what I wanted so I was happy with the hotel. Food was what you would expect for this price and the gym was okay."

"We arrived at the location and the guy in the front said the system what down and it wouldn’t be up for hours or until 7am. we couldn’t get a refund because no one responded to our message we sent. I had to spend more money for a different hotel."

"Definitely on the lower end of the Hilton Brand. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. If you are going on a cruise or spending a majority of time at the beach then this hotel isn't bad at all."

"We only stayed one night; however, the location is perfect. Literally right across the street from the beach and not too far from Pleasure Peir and lots of dining options. We did stay in an ocean front room, and the balcony was great with chairs to sit and watch the ocean. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and very large. Comfortable beds which is always a plus for me. The staff were kind, helpful and present. Would definitely stay here again."

"We called and were lost because the address was not well defined and we thought we had been scammed. I finally found a real number to call to reach the hotel and not someone trying to sell me another room through a 3rd party and the guy at the desk answered and was helpful on the phone to let us know where the hotel was, although it is hard to get to and know where to enter, but when we got to the desk, he was a real jerk telling me things like “I don’t know why it was so hard for you, I was...

"The view was okay but the A/C took two days to cool room. No hot water, just warm and wall plugs bairly held cords in wall. Breakfast was okay but biscuits were cold. The staff was nice and they returned a Stanley cup I forgot without a hassle. Thanks!"

"We stayed here Saturday June 13th. Unfortunately there is a “culture “ of entitlement developing at this particular location. The bar and wait staff on the 9th floor lounge and the main floor bar treat the patrons with blatant disregard. We arrived late in the evening around 9:15 and went to the 9th floor lounge around 9:30 and were told they closed in 15 minutes so no food service.
