"Clean and comfortable"

"Everything was great at this Hotel No complants about the standard items. One note that i would like to make is reagrding accessible rooms. The shower would be better if it was just a stand alone curbless shower instead of a bathtub. This would make it a true accessible room."

"We really enjoyed the property. It’s a little outside the city itself but no issue there. Biggest complaint is the lack of EV chargers. There’s only 2 and they were in use 100% of the time we were there. We had no opportunity to charge."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel, location and staff. Construction due to proximity to the airport however, nothing that slows you down. If Ottawa has another Hyrox, I would recommend that you stay here."

"The Hilton is a great hotel, but my experience with the staff disappointing, especially for a Hilton. There were several issues that came up and there was no consistency. I was unaware there were renovations going on at the hotel, maybe it was posted somewhere but I missed it. I only noticed renovations when I got up to my room on the 4th floor. About 8am in the morning I heard continuous, repeated banging on what sound like was in the room next to mine. I sounded. like someone was...

"This is a budget hotel, so don't expect the Chateau Laurier. It was exactly what I needed - good price, clean and complimentary breakfast."

"The view from my balcony was absolutely incredible! I would stay here again just because of that. Unfortunately, it wasn’t very clean. The shower glass was dirty, the shower drain was completely clogged and nearly overflowed the shower pan while I had a short shower, and the sheets, although clean..were very wrinkled. Also the cutlery that was thoughtfully provided, was also dirty (had remnants of someone else’s food on it). But because of the stellar view, I did enjoy my stay."

"This is clean and adequate for a short stay. Front desk Staff were not particularly friendly. Bed was not comfortable, it seemed to sag. No bathroom amenities. Basic hotel close to airport. Breakfast was ok but missing simple thing like cinnamon for oatmeal, which was way too watery. No cut fresh fruit, but bananas and apples. Lobby coffee luke warm and only vanilla creamer. Probably would try a different hotel next time"

"The desks in each room were very usable. The layout was very practical. Only complaint is the very thin blanket. Great value."
