"Staff was very nice. I had texted to let them know our flight had been delayed, and we'd be arriving very late. They quickly replied back, thanking me for letting them know. They said someone would be at the desk 24/7 and they asked me to let them know if they could help in any way. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast...so not the greatest, but okay. We just stayed the night before our cruise, but I would say here again."

La vista al mar esta brutal!!! Si acude en coche, puede trasladarse facilmente a los diversos comercios y restaurantes cercanos para surtir sus necesidades. Disfruten!"

"The property was nice and close enough to the race venue for the 5k. Right across the road is the water but it is not very beachy in that location….a short 1/4 mile walk gets you to the beach so take a cart to carry beach items. Dog friendly but the area roped off for taking the dogs for a potty break had a lot of burrs so my dog did not want to walk on them….he ended up doing his business in the rocky area instead. One staff member could not direct us to the dog area….one of the elevators...

"Right on the beach and away from the more tourist area of Galveston. Very nice pool area and hot tub. Quiet and ample parking. Staff reached out to check in on us throughout our stay and made us feel like valued customers."

"Someone hit my vehicle and left while I was asleep, I parked by the entrance where the cameras can see me but they don’t work."
