She was so so sweet and helpful and made sure to place us on a high story with amazing views and I told her it was a special get away .. and she really was listening and went above and beyond. When we ordered room service for breakfast I feel the same thing. The breakfast was prepared beautifully and it was made quite quickly. The staff this time was EXCELLENT. "MGM Tower is an excellent hotel. Great staff. Lovely view of the city. Good food. (-) Found mold on the ceiling of the shower. (+) Everything else was excellent, otherwise. I was comped free valet parking because of the issue in the bathroom. Will stay again."

"Mi estadía fue buena, el staff 10/10, la habitación muy linda con vista al mar pero en el baño al entrar vi cabello en el piso, y al lado de la mesa de noche habían uñas y semillas de pistacho, y en cuanto a las amenidades bien, pudimos usar la piscina a pesar de que no había buen clima, igual volvería me gustó mucho la estadía"
