"We love the Hard Rock and go often. This time a special thing happened. My husband lost his car fob and didn’t discover it until we were in the garage after our 2 night stay. We were frantic. We live in NY and didn’t have another Jeep key with us. He searched the room again with no luck and then reported it to security. They promptly called the lost and found and it was found!! We had been to many restaurants within the hotel as well as the casino and luckily it was turned in. The key was brought down to my very grateful husband and all is well! Thank you Hard Rock for your professionalism in handling this as well as everything else that you are superior in. "

"The property was very nice, and clean. Only problem I had was the friendliness of the front desk staff since it is the first encounter, everything else was good. Also, Everything that should had been in the room, we had to collect at the front desk, didn't like that much. Wish they had more breakfast option but was still grateful for the juice and croissants they had. "
