"Lovely room. Comfy bed. Toiletries were great. Hairdryer was good & not attached to the wall like some hotels. Shower was a little low pressure but thatโs minor. Lovely breakfast. Staff are so friendly. We arrived back at our room after a day out to find a card which was handwritten by the lovely hotel manageress & a box of chocolates for my birthday. Very kind indeed. Great location. Car park was a little tricky to find but we got there in the end ! Will definitely stay here again . Nice hotel ."

"Have stayed there at least 5-6 times in the last 4 years (and I stay there for 8-10 days at a time). Itโs my go-to when Iโm in the area. Property is great, features are good, great transportation access, good staff. Now that Iโve stayed a few times the (very) little things start to bother me. They could do with upgrading the in-room TV entertainment experience, and Iโm noticing the room cleaning is starting to slip a bit (carpets with old stains, non working secondary lights etc.). Just small stuff, but worth addressing to keep up a high standard."

"Had a lovely stay. Our room was on the ground floor close to the pool. It wasn't very big but beautifully decorated. Used the pool on the evening which was lovely. We had included dinner in our booking which we had in Palm Court. The food was delicious and the staff were attentive. We had breakfast in there and had the same experience. We had used Tesco vouchers to pay for part of our stay and that was easy to do. We will definitely come back again."
