The breakfast was excellent. A full cooked breakfast. Room was comfortable with climate control availability. Staff very friendly and responsive. A good base to explore the West Midlands. Would recommend this hotel.

We travel to Telford a lot for family reasons. This is an excellent hotel. The rooms have recently been refurbished and are well appointed and comfortable. We have always found the staff to be helpful an very polite. This is our preferred hotel when we visit Telford
