"Made to feel very welcome. Lovely fresh, clean room with a comfortable bed and good quality linen, which always aids a good night's sleep. Also huge bath towels which I love. Good selection of teas and coffee with fresh milk provided, which was nice. There were also some sweet treats and a tourist map provided in the room, which was very useful. "Position of house was very good although there was no parking which is inconvenient. The furniture is old and very tatty The central heating didn't work terribly well. We enjoyed our stay, there is lots of space but feel the place need some decorating and some newer furnishings "
