"I would recommend Fantasy World to families on a tight budget who still want a variety of amenities, with a few things to keep in mind. We arrived on a Wednesday during the slow season, and check-in was still very slow. There was only one employee handling everything—checking guests in, taking requests, and even selling drinks—so the process took quite a while. With just two people ahead of me, it was about a 30-minute wait. During peak season, I would expect the wait to be significantly longer, even with additional staff. That said, the woman working the front desk was very kind. The pool and lazy river were nice, and there were plenty of activities like basketball, volleyball, and shuffleboard. However, there weren’t enough chairs for the number of guests, so I can imagine it being an issue during busier times. We didn’t have neighbors during our stay, so it was nice and quiet. The unit included a full kitchen and a washer and dryer, which was convenient. The cleanliness was just okay—not bad enough to call for service, but not great either. We ended up sweeping ourselves, and walking barefoot left our feet dirty. There was also a sandwich and cigar butts by the front door that hadn’t been cleaned up. The bedrooms had nice curtains that kept the rooms dark in the morning, and the beds were decent, though a bit firm. The pillows weren’t great, and there were no extra blankets provided. The pull-out couch was manageable for a child but not very comfortable"

"I always stay at this hotel when I go to Orlando and I always found the cost benefit incredible. But this unit I stayed in I thought was terrible. Bad cleaning, old carpet with a musty smell. Old furniture, dark and old bathroom. The carpet in the hallway is extremely dirty. I never paid for parking and in this unit I paid but at the time of my reservation I already knew. High point the breakfast but other than that horrible hotel."

"In my experience the website is deceiving. It does what it needs to do which is somewhere to lay your head. The breakfast was terrible and the hallways smelled musty and was dimly lit. As a woman I wouldn’t want to leave out for anything and come back by myself. The room was decent but we had to ask for additional towels and there was no refill on toilet paper. The maid service never came to change the linens or the garbage . My family and I only saw them on the day of departure servicing another room. Since we spent the majority of time at the parks it minimized our dissatisfaction with the hotel in general but I would not return."
