We did need our heater fixed and two men came in and worked on it for an hour..........it never worked right and we gave up. It blew hot, then it blew cold so we just turned it off. It was COLD that night! Didn't want any more people in our room. The washer dryer made so much noise we couldn't hear the TV. They don't have room service, which is ok, but they really should spring for some nice comforters for the beds, just light fiber fill would give you less sense of a dormitory. The blankets they give you look and feel like they came off a camel. Rough! One the good side...the rooms were adequate, the dining table was nice but too large. The bar area was nice but the stools too big. Even though our room looked over a parking lot , there was lots of trees and foliage that made it ok...coupled by the really nice big balcony. The cabanas were a bit cheesy. They could do better with some real patio couches and cushions. The jacuzzi was nice and easy to get to...so was the pool. It was heated which was really nice. Good deal for the money, but with just a little bit of tweaking, it could be a really GREAT place. Oh, I also HATE any business that refuses to take cash. It is an insult to Americans. It is invasive our privacy and disrespectful to our government. Our money has LEGAL TENDER written on it and how dare they not take cash. Not everyone has a credit card. I don't want to be forced into paying by credit card.
