"The decor is very modern and appealing. Most front desk staff members were friendly and helpful. The two security people outside the bar were aloof and standoffish. The rooms were comfortable for the most part except for the extra high tubs that were extremely difficult and dangerous to navigate. The replenishing of water bottles was appreciated."

"I picked this hotel having stayed here once before, knowing that it is clean, stylish and in a great location to get around London, with Aldgate East just a few metres away and Whitechapel station reasonably close too. Lots of great eateries around, next door to Brick Lane. The negatives are the rooftop bar being closed on Sunday, and the vegan breakfast options were extremely poor - However just go to Dauns round the corner."

"The staff at reception were lovely, my room was very cute as I stayed in a single, it had everything I needed. Everything seemed spotless until I lifted the toilet seat and there was a pubic hair there. There were also only two tiny cartons of UHT milk. There was a beeping noise all night coming from somewhere, I can sleep through anything so this didn't actually bother me but I can imagine it would others. "Overall very happy with our stay, one issue, we were there for four nights, room was only cleaned once, hotel was a bit dated, but I think it added to its charm, the room was specious, but the TV didn’t work, kept turning off, told the front desk, never got fixed. The location is great, the breakfast buffet, while a little pricey, was very good!!! Would definitely stay again! "
