"Loved the location, clean, but very very difficult to get anyone from guest services and house keeping. Concierge and the staff in the lobby helping with luggage are very good and helpful. The tub is deep and very difficult to step out of. Direction in how to use the shower should be included. We were in London in June 3926 during the heat wave, air conditioner temp set by hotel and guests are unable to change. They tell you they will bring you a fan or heater if you need it. No lotion provided. No refrigerator and for 3 days we had no ice delivery in spite of making multiple requests."

"We stayed during a multi day heat wave and really appreciated the efficient air conditioning. The VIP suite was spacious, the beds comfortable and we had a great top floor view towards St. Pauls cathedral. Breakfast was lovely but would have benefited from a few different/new items being added over the four nights that we were there. My teenagers did not enjoy the glass frosted bathroom walls and would have liked an area to step out of the shower that offered privacy. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the Yotel again."

"My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights, we included breakfast with our stay and it was well worth it. The breakfast buffet was displayed beautifully every morning with little omelettes, an assortment of breads, pastries, deli meats and cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, yogurt and cereals. They had many freshly squeezed juices, flavored water, drip coffee or served espresso directly from their bar. The service of the staff was excellent, they were friendly and helpful. We loved our corner room, it was spacious with powerful air conditioning. We were in London during a 4 day long heat wave with temperatures above 90F/32C and frequently retreated to the icey air conditioning of our room. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a spacious walk in rain shower and we had a nice view of the city below. The location of the Ruby Stella is a huge perk, very close to the tube stations without being in the loud and busy streets of downtown London. We were a 10-15 minute walk away from many great restaurants, pubs and bars with a huge selection of food. Our favorite nearby restaurants were Faros, The Lamb, the Eagle and Ciao Bella. We would highly recommend staying here and greatly considering staying here again if we ever come back to London. It was very easy getting there from Heathrow airport and back, taking the Elizabeth line directly to and from the airport."
