"The staff are amazing, very attentive without being overly, the hotel itself is warm and inviting, enough bars and restaurants which ypu wouldnt expect from the outside. Very unassuming but spot on for anything a traveller would need.

"The food and service were excellent throughout my stay. Very friendly staff who made you feel valued and were very attentive, from the breakfast staff to the people delivering my room service and the housekeeping staff. The food was all very tasty too! And it was nice to be given a box of chocolates when I stayed over Christmas. The hotel design and decor was beautiful. The hotel location was great as you’re near the South Bank, St Paul’s and Houses of Parliament. I would definitely stay here again. "
