Best hotel bathroom i have ever seen! Bedroom was also very nice. only thing that let the room down so only 2 english channels om the tv. youtube or netflix would of been great

Stayed with Pullman many times earlier and used to like. However after experience this time, we are very sure, we wont be staying here again.
Not happy how the reception handled my checkout.
they charged me for room key a) it was never told that it would be chargeable b) what would i do with the key..
i was told that 1 mug was missing. told them that i would not know or it wasn't damaged. so it should be in the room. anyway the front office went ahead and charged. told them do they expect us to check each item before check in. what if it wasnt there. she didnt have any answer.
well it is not about money, but the way it was handled was very unprofessional.
what i am very sure, we wont not be staying at this hotel.

The receptionist was a very nice lady, she gave us a free room upgrade that give us access to the Business Lounge. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious.
The only downside to the hotel is the swimming pool. It is not well-maintained at all, there is algae in the pool and the paint is mostly scraped off.

They put all the free rooms for the tours first and let the single guest had to wait for long time. I booked 2 rooms and I had 1 at 14:45pm and another at 15:45 - it was mean that the check in time for us is late! We didn’t have a respection from the hotel. It is so unfrofessional environment!

The front desk staffs need to be trained. How can you call this a 5 stars hotel when the front desk staffs fail to smile at the guests? Not only that the staffs which was very cold. When I arrived the bellhop Doesn’t help he just gave me a look.

I choose a 5-star hotel with a range of dining options advertised. There was no room service only a mini-bar. The first night the restaurant was closed. The breakfast buffet was too crowded on Sunday and when we tried to get food in the lobby cafe we were told they were not serving food due to a corporate event. A hotel of this size and supposed quality should be able
to manage both corporate and family groups at the same time.

I really enjoyed the beautiful view and great breakfast! Highly recommend checking out the pool! Only problem was that we had two-three power outages and the staff didn’t Check on our safety. (E.g. phone call after they got the power back) Communication would be appreciated.

Very very nice property.. My guess is that its a fairly new building.. We had the double room, and it was very impressive, and large.. All of my expectations were exceeded as it is a five star.. if i just had to change one thing? Hot coffee at the breakfast buffet... Oh it was available mind you.. Just by request instead of self serve.. Anyway; highly recommend.. Would stay again

Hotel probably best available in Vung Tau staff excellent management poor no follow to my complaint.
They checked in a group of about 200 young adults and allowed them to take offer the hotel.
