"Overall, the hotel was clean with good parking near it. However, sometimes the hot water for taking showers did not work well. Also, the TV inside the hotel is relatively small which I believe it needs to be upgraded. But, if you are planning to visit Italy and not pay much, this is a good choice. "We were greeted with a warm and attentive welcome by Rosio which was a great way to begin our stay in Lucca. Our immaculate room and bathroom were big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing and delicious with many choices to chose from. It was an easy walk to the historic center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it!"

The hotel itself was incredibly hot in hallways due to thermal spas but front desk delivered fan directly to room when asked for. "The hotel rooms were great, with showers that were amazing. I had to ding the staff a bit due to the restaurant staff. We had some communication issues, but not terrible. The only issue is that it is a bit of a walk to the city center, and you have to go under the railroad either way you go. So expect stairs. Cabs are easy to get, and the staff will assist you. Overall, it was one of the best hotel experiences we had during our two-week time in Italy. "
