"This is a fabulous property with unique things to do that you simply cannot find anywhere else!! The cave is a must. There are swimming pools and saunas and steam room. Plus a whole host of personal body treatments. Also the grounds have hiking trails. Close to very good small restaurants and great area historical sites. "This was our second stay at this hotel and like the first time, it did not disappoint. It is an older hotel but it is kept up pretty well. Breakfast was terrific, as was the staff. The location is great - convenient to the center of town, as well as shopping and restaurants. We come to Montecatini once or twice a year so I hope we can stay here again."

"Lovely property perfect when travelling with a car. Staff were very good. Property great location literally 5 minute walk across the road to the Old Town. On checkin asked about restaurants and we choose one of four Buratti in the Old Town which was fantastic excellent staff and traditional fare was delicious. Definitely recommend the Lucca in Villa Lucretia and the restaurante Buratti."

"The hotel is located well in the old city. I had lunch and breakfast outside on the sidewalk near the carousel. The food was excellent and the service superb. The room was well appointed and the bed comfortable. The only thing I did not like was the location. My room was in the interior and I only saw a staircase. I should have asked for a different room. "Conveniently located near the main train and bus station, this hotel was clean, comfortable and economical. The desk staff was very helpful, offering to break large bills, recommending nearby restaurants, which I learned were excellent, and always greeted me with a smile. The breakfast is worth the extra euros. The croissants are baked fresh daily, along with other pastries. The fruit, cheeses, meets, juices and typical Italian coffee drinks were wonderful."
