"Es ist wunderbar. In 2. Meereslinie, keine 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Das Preis- Leistungsniveau war super. Wirklich nicht teuer. Alles sehr sauber. Man hat eine Gemeinschaftsküche, das ist super. Eine Kaffeemaschine steht bereit, Kaffeebohnen werden aufgefüllt, Teesorten, Zucker, Honig. Ein Kühlschrank in dem jedes Zimmer seine eigene Box hat. Leider WC auf dem Gang aber da es sauber war, fand ich das nicht schlimm. Ruhig im Haus selbst. Freundliche Gastgeber. Insgesamt 5 Sterne verdient....

"The room was spotless and was a very cool and different style room - we loved the amount of space and the swinging TV! The free 'minibar' was a great touch and much appreciated. "Fin och stor lägenhet, högt i tak och väldigt rymligt. Några restauranger och mindre butiker i närheten, men mest ett ganska lugnt bostadsområde som ändå inte är långt från stadskärnan. Till centrala metrostationen Trindade är det knappt mer än 10-15 minuters fotväg. Incheckningsinstuktionerna var tydliga och allt fungerade väl. När jag checkade in visade det sig att AC inte fungerade. Var lätt att komma i kontakt med kundservice. Tyvärr lyckades man inte skicka någon innan helgen, men...

"We stayed for 2 nights with wife and 3 kids. The staff (Ana) was very nice and helpful. They stored our luggage while room was ready and we went out to grab lunch. They messaged us when room was ready (before check in time) Location was close to restaurants and many popular places. Breakfast was ok if you just want to grab something fast and start your day quickly. If you want to have a good, proper breakfast there are many good options close by. "Easy check-in . Clean room, aircon was spot on! Bed was comfy and they had me checked in early. The location of the property is right next to their tram systems so it can get noisy. Stayed only 1 night instead of the 8 days due to family emergency. And yet they offered no refund whatsoever. Lost out on money. Heads up, the reception is located opposite road. There is a tourism tax you pay on your arrival which they dont tell you at all.. "
