"Had a horrible experience.From having to sleep out first night cos of too much mosquitoes in the room and they couldn’t find the guy with insecticides to television not working till the last night and the hot water not coming out.Also ruined the suprise package I requested even before coming to the country.Highly disappointed and won’t make the mistake of coming back here!!!!!"

"The staff at Lilygate are exceptional. I was created by my name as soon as I walked in the door! Nice touch. In addition, I was created with a refreshing cold bottle of water and juice. Ms. Chinyere Kalu, leader at the front desk was a perfect example of providing excellent customer service. She arranged my transportation from the airport to Lilygate, as well as from Lilygate to Ouidah, Benin. If I lived in Lagos, I would hire Ms. Kalu.
