"The staff at Lilygate are exceptional. I was created by my name as soon as I walked in the door! Nice touch. In addition, I was created with a refreshing cold bottle of water and juice. "This hotel is not really managed in any meaningful sense. Wifi went down for three days, which meant going off to another hotel to work. They gave me a carton of orange juice by way of apology!
