"The room is big, comfortable, and cozy. The staff members are courteous and focused on their assigned tasks. The free breakfast is sumptuous with different meals and snacks to spice up each day. The only con is that the standard room does not have a waste bin for throwing waste, instead of going to the washroom to do that. Overall, I will give the hotel 8 out of 10 for hospitality and efficient service."

A special thank you to Kennedy, who not only offered thoughtful food recommendations but also took the time to suggest ways I could explore Lagos and even helped with tips for car service. His genuine care and attentiveness elevated my overall experience — he embodies true hospitality. Overall, the entire team made my stay world-class. The service, the food, the spa, and the friendliness of everyone I encountered were all second to none.
