The hotel is well-located along the waterfront, offering nice views and easy access to nearby restaurants and business areas. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a business traveller. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready with a smile and quick assistance when needed. Breakfast had a decent variety and the Surface Bar & Grill by the lagoon was a great place to unwind. Overall, a solid choice for both business and leisure stays in Lagos. "I had an excellent stay at The Wheatbaker. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with spotless bathroomswhich is always a must for me. Breakfast was lovely, offering a good selection of fruits, continental options, and African-style dishes. I especially appreciated being able to order fresh coffee in the mornings. The restaurant food was so good that I often chose to dine in the hotel most evenings. Room service is available 24 hours, and the bar is fantastic with creative cocktails and a great wine list. The location is convenient and in a nice, walkable neighborhood, making it easy to get around. Most of all, the staff were exceptional—friendly, respectful, and genuinely welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable."
