"Wow! This stay in Riomaggiore took my breath away. Right in the heart of town, Scorci di Mare is a lovely place that I would book again in a heartbeat. I would be sure that anyone traveling here is able to handle many, many flights of stairs, as this stay is down in the lowest part of town. It is right near multiple beautiful and delicious restaurants. The staff are extremely welcoming, warm, and helpful. "Sorry to report we were very disappointed, great view is the only reason this location gets a second star. We stayed one night, had two rooms in February. The rooms never heated up, we tried to get help with no luck. Was very clean either. Nobody there to check in and no one there to check us out. This location isn't certified to collect city taxes either, we checked as we tried to pay. Plenty of other places just as nice"

"A great place to stay to get away from the crowds and enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Given that it is away from the city center, you will need to take taxis or rent a car to get to where you want to go. The villa was peaceful, clean, and the bottles of wine and treats in the room were such a nice touch. Lastly, thank you Cristina and Nicola for a wonderful stay!
