"Wonderful reasonably priced hotel in the Cinque Terre region. Great directions provided to get to the hotel from the train station, but keep in mind that the 400 m distance also include a 100 m gain in elevation. If they are operating there are two elevators that can be used to lessen the climb. However, one was being reconstructed during our stay and the other one was out of service at times, so don't count on them. "I had an excellent experience with all the staff, checking in and out. I also left something very valuable behind and they went WAY out of their way to make sure I got it back. Their honesty and kindness is priceless! The location is great, just make sure you’re ready to trek up the steep hill with your luggage or pay for the luggage transport. The bed was pretty hard but that is typical in Europe/Italy. I would happily stay here again. "

"We have been to many hotels, but have never been so welcomed! We got a tour of the beautiful property, the room and genuinely felt they were excited to have us. We took advantage of the lovely outdoor seating areas, soaking in the ambience. The room was clean & comfortable, and met our needs. Breakfast was amazing! The best scrambled egss I have ever had. Would absolutely stay there again and recommend to others."
