"Room was nicely renovated! Very clean room, wonderful service, and the staff were great!"

"There is 2 hottubs but its not as comfy and nice as the pictures. Most of all is the noise from the heat/ac. Even if you turn it OFF, there still be a vent noise, which I slept with earplugs and still it is loud for sleep. The room space is good have drawers underneath TV and a good sofa, but the kichenette is missing microwave and the fancy draw pull out fridge is not even cold. The main thing I dislike most is one of the front desk lady. I asked about my VIP Perks and she checked but gave me black face like I am trying to trick her to give me something I did not deserve. End up I have to spent more than an hour with both sides and she still not apologize at all. She was still in a black grumpy face like I begged for the perks which I was entitled to. Personally, I love their sister hotel CANOE more than them. Everyone is welcoming and nice and the room has a microwave."

"We loved our stay at The Rundlestone and that was mostly due to the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they wanted us to have the best time possible. The room (loft with king bed) was perfect in space and comfort - the bed was huge and so comfortable. Yes, it’s a little dated but in a very homely way. Location was great and the free bus passes provided by the hotel gave us the option should we have walked a lot that day already! We stayed for a month and we could have happily stayed for much longer. Don’t hesitate, just do it! "
