The rooftop hot tubs were in a bad state of repair. Making them a feature on the webpage is a big mistake. They were the only substandard feature in the hotel. Everything else's was top drawer. I'd definitely go again. Parking was no problem on the first week of May."

"We arrived at the hotel hoping our room might be ready a little before the guaranteed 4:00 p.m. check-in time, as it was raining heavily outside and my daughter needed time to get ready for a dance competition. The front desk attendant advised that we would receive a text once the room was ready, so we waited on the couches directly beside the front desk. After waiting most of the afternoon with no updates, around 3:45 p.m. the attendant finally radioed housekeeping to check on the status of...

"Staff were extremely friendly, they even sent a btl of wine to the cabin as a birthday gift...So kind of them... The cabin was very clean...Only reason i gave it an overall 3 stars was because the cabin had an old musty odour i'm assuming dutch is because of the age of the cabins... As well, it's a little bit of a tourist trap, lots of buses and people pulling in to walk the Canyon and I do prefer privacy versus lots of tourists..Hence the 3 stars, but overall rooms were clean. Shower was hot....

"Our stay was excellent. I loved that the hotel is located at the quieter end of the strip, which made it feel much more peaceful and relaxing without the noise and crowds. The hot pools were spacious and beautifully maintained, and the overall property felt modern, clean, and well cared for. The views were spectacular! Waking up to the mountains were amazing. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better."
