The terrace on Grand Canal is a wonderful place for hanging out and the hotel is an easy walk from St. Marks, museums and designer shops. Breakfast is included and abundant, and drinks and/or snacks outside on the terrace is a joy in good weather. The 7th-floor bar and restaurant provide a breathtaking panorama of the city. "

"Murano is a great place to stay if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Venice and this hotel has a water taxi stop right out front. There are limited and pricey food options around so make sure you eat beforehand in Venice or venture out for dinner by 7. There’s also a Coop grocery store a block down the street if you need snacks. The Hyatt rooms are very spacious—more of a North American size. "Loved all of the aesthetics of this hotel. Staff was hospitable and courteous. The location is excellent as well given it is within the same general area of the tourist attractions. However, I would recommend that maps be provided to every guest upon completing their registration. It can easily be added to the welcome packet present in each room. I was a little disturbed to know that the hotel only provides tours to Murano and Burano islands. Therefore, if you have other tours you are interested...
