"Excellent location, superb staff and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel if you are visiting Venice, it is right off St. Mark's square with easy water taxi service to the airport and all for a reasonable price."

"In booking the hotel, it was not clear if breakfast was included in the base price. At first, I thought I saw something where it was included but then later in booking it showed an extra cost for breakfast so I added that to my expense (not a small amount!). To be fair to the customer, this extra expense should have been clearly stated, especially since I saw many customers simply walking in to eat breakfast with no or little checking by staff."

"Room was clean but small, no seating area, modern but small bathroom. Comfortable bed and good ac. Excellent location easy 5 min walk from Mestre train station and shuttle bus to airport. Contrary to description on Expedia there are 2 elevators, hotel is 8 story high."
