"A lovely foyer greeted you on entertaining the hotel. Quick and efficient check-in and English spoken by the staff. Asking for a different pillow and a light was quickly sorted out. Lots of different food and salads available for breakfast. Help given by staff greatly appreciated to sort out a problem. Can't fault them. "

"They provide a chauffeur service from Istanbul Airport in a luxury van for a reasonable rate. The hotel was in a beautiful position, close to the Istanbul Mall and a theme park. Their service and quality were excellent."
"I think they have started to renovate the hotel. The bedding and towels are clean, but the bed is uncomfortable. The toilet seat is for changed, it is not hygienic. Wi fi is not good. The towel rack is rusted and falling. The shower door is for replacement. Safet was kind."

"Beautiful hotel property perched above a central area to the main attractions. Breakfast is sensational with attentive staff. Check in was a breeze and our room was ready prior to check-in time. Great restaurant options in the hotel and close to other key sights. Our stay was very comfortable from the breakfast, the pool area, the gym to drinks. Spacious rooms for 2 guests."

"Both my wife and I had a very good experience by all means. Service we very good and was worth every penny. Staff were amazing: very helpful and very warm. I remember some of the names in addition to the manager haydar: Salatin, Mert, Mehmet Nahail ... sorry if I spelled any of them incorrectly or if I missed any names.
