"We LOVED all the staff! They totally went above and beyond to make our trip perfect! We were in Whistler celebrating my son's 16th birthday and we had such a great time. "We’ve stayed here before and the AC upgrade to the rooms is definitely a bonus. We called ahead to see if we could check in early and were told they would see what they could do. When we arrived the room wasn’t ready but we could use the pool. The front desk person wasn’t overly friendly and when I asked for a time estimate of when the room would be ready he said that our check in time is 4pm. Alright, not checking in early then. Actual check in was with another person and she was friendly and...
