"We have stayed at the Pinnacle many times, always had a good experience. I love how each room has a massive soaker tub for two, and kitchenette! It’s in a good location, annd easy to walk to most shops and restaurants. Our room had a queen size bed, and the mattress was absolutely terrible. There was a spring digging into my back for four nights straight. I did mention this to the front desk, but they didn’t seem too concerned, which was frustrating for me. "I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and I love the pool/ hot tubs/ and sauna , it is all so well maintained , the rooms are great . We go for a girls trip and it’s wonderful place to relax and plenty of great restaurants walking distance nearby. Staff so thoughtfully upgraded us from a studio to one bedroom which is such an appreciated gesture when not busy . Thank-you for a great stay :)"

I'm a picky hot chocolate lover and yours was some of the best I've ever had! Treats were delicious too. Our suite was great.
