"We had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel located perfectly to enjoy Verona and transport links for trips to Lake Garda, Venice or a little further. The hotel staff were all so polite and helpful. Breakfast was so nice and the rooftop bar was an added bonus. Would highly recommend a stay at this little ‘gem’ of a hotel."

"The hotel is in a fanstastic location. The decor throughout is of a high standard. All the staff were extemely friendly and helpful. The room was very nice with a huge bathroom. The only downside for us was the small shower cubicle. For such a large bathroom it would be nicer to have more space to be able to move around easily within the shower. Apart from that one thing everything else was very good."

"The hotel is very well situated, about a 10 minute walk from Verona. We managed to disembark a flight, get to the hotel, walk into Verona and be seated for a performance of Aida within an hour! The room was spacious and cool with standard facilities. It looks like it was very grand at one point (lots and lots of beautiful marble) but other aspects are very tired. The sofas in reception were badly faded, saggy and worn and let the place down a bit. Breakfast was perfectly good but not outstanding...

"The hotel is just a few minutes from the centre of the old city so very well placed for exploring Verona. The room had a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs although it was so hot (38C) we couldn’t sit out there during our stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was very good but we were disappointed that there was no kettle to be able to make our own drinks and there was only one chair despite there being enough room for another.
