The service was second to none... nothing was too much to ask of them and want to give a special mention to Lorenzo & Martina. They were always on hand to help with anything we needed! Location couldn't be more perfect also... it was in the heart of the old town and everything was easiliy accessable. When returning to Verona, I'll be staying at Homy Livia again! "

"Our stay was amazing from start to finish made by birthday trip so special . The staff were so helpful and friendly especially Francesca nothing was too much for her . Checking trains , booking the spa restaurant recommendations she is such a lovely lady . Apartment were so lovely spacious and clean we had an amazing view . Breakfast was delicious lots of variety and Anita in the breakfast room was so nice and pleasant always smiling and working so hard . Apartments close to everything perfect location . I will definitely stay here again 10 out of 10 for service from all the staff .I Used the sister hotel for the spa which was amazing and staff really friendly there too . "
