"Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Zimmer sauber, alles vorhanden, sogar Haarspülung und Handcreme im Spender. Das Frühstück war Weltklasse. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und kommen sicher wieder. "

"Excellent location to explore Riva del Garda. The staff were friendly. The air conditioning was ‘broken’ which meant the room was hot throughout our stay and staff were vague when asked if this would be fixed. The pool was a nice addition to the hotel and breakfast was good standard every day although no variety, same each day. The room we had was fairly basic but clean, the bathroom wasn’t great, not much room to manoeuvre - anyone tall staying in that room would really struggle fitting under...

"Definitely recommend, I arrived at night and when I woke up there was a spectacular view from the property. Very clean, wonderful staff and delicious pizza. I will definitely stay here again. Parking is on a steep hill so make sure your E brake works. "

"The kitchen was well equipped and lavazza coffee machine was great. I especially loved the brand new microwave oven and extra space in 2 wardrobes. I will absolutely be back if I come to Verona and will look at Oriana hotels elsewhere I would say the shower head was a bit loose and limescale and some corners need deep cleaning for Stains but it was excellent condition Staff were friendly and smiley and the restaurant suggestion was great "
