The people who run it are just as amazing!! They are so nice and very helpful. They set up our transportation to and from Milan and were always there to answer any questions. "The apartment was much bigger than we expected. Free parking was important for us. For the indoor pool you can buy a mandatory swimming cap from the reception. The sauna was unfortunately not on but overall we were very satisfied with the apartment and the location. You can reach the city center by foot or by bus."

"Beautiful place to stay with my two adult children. Excellent breakfast and comfortable space. Lots of walking required to get to places (up and down hill) so those with mobility issues should be aware. "

"Unser Aufenthalt im Porto Letizia Apartment P16 war insgesamt sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Apartment selbst war sauber und modern eingerichtet, was uns sofort ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Besonders praktisch war die Lage – nur 50 Meter bis zum Strand, was für uns ein großer Pluspunkt war. "The WiFi was never communicated to us"

"Positives it was Close to restaurants, lakes, ferry. Negitives ,Didn't like the noise from the ferry, bars and road. Apartment itself was not very clean only one light worked in the living room, there was an electrical cable repaired with tape under the TV unit, the shower curtains had mold on, the shower head fell off every time you used it, the toilet was dirty, there was only one small light in the bathroom which was inadequate, there was a taped up wire hanging out the wall above the mirror...

"My wife and I would like to thank all the staff for their outstanding services during our 5 days stay. We are not expecting a lot from this hotel, but I was amazed! The cleanliness of the room, bathroom, eating areas and the reception were absolutely spotless. There were also bits and pieces of essentials available by the counter in which we find very useful. The breakfast was more than enough to fill your day. The location was excellent! Just about 5 minutes walk from the train station of Como San Giovanni. And of course, we would like to commend the young lady from reception named Virginia who's very attentive and approachable for every things we need. This hotel is lucky to have Virginia on the front desk! So, calling all travellers who are planning to visit Como, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. Go for it. The price is absolutely reasonable! By the way, kudos to the free bedroom slippers, we love it. Thank you Team Ɓ&B! Hope to see you again."

"This is a lovely hotel. Well located to see the old and new towns. Parking is great, particularly if you have a high value car. The hotel is friendly and breakfast is great with a good section. The rooms are spacious and clean but a little tired. Don’t let that put you off as overall the hotel is great and worth a visit "

"Really good location as it’s a 5 min walk from the train station also very close to the ferry. The room is on the smaller side but that’s expected in Varenna. The gentlemen at the reception was very helpful and they were able to accommodate for late check-in. I would recommend this spot and for the location and the value."
