"Clean linens and towels, spaceous room and secured parking. Convenient location for shopping , restaurants and subway/ train station close by. Cups an dishes and pots not cleaned ( one of the reasons is the lime in the water but staff should re wash items and dry them right away to avoid lime deposit). One of the washroom cupboard door handle was missing. A bit inconvenient. Parking is across from street ( some other building's parking with entry code) but we were not advised in advance that...

"The staff were very kind and helpful, and the air conditioning worked great. The hotel could use some updating, and the mattress was extremely firm — basically like sleeping on a rock. The bathroom had a couple of spots that seemed overlooked during cleaning, though nothing major. There were plenty of transportation options nearby, making it easy to get into London city. Overall, you do get what you pay for."

"Cheap room but conveniently located near Ilford Station. Codes needed for access to main door and hotel room. Rooms look dated and bare basics are there. It's in keeping with price, but if paying over £45-50, find a travelodge."

"Arrived at hotel and waited a while for reception then booked in and directed to room which was clean . In the morning realised only 1 towel in the room and no mat for shower this was corrected the next day following a word with reception. On day 2 no milk for tea or coffee."

There's a bit of a lack of attention to detail in the fixtures and fittings... The bed was very squeaky, there was a worrying "soft" square on the floor, the en-suite door opens inwards in to the bathroom making it difficult to close and open the door when your actually in the small bathroom, there was a gap between the blinds and no curtains, so I got woken each morning...
