" I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Conca Bella Boutique Hotel. Upon check in, we were not initially given the upgraded room we expected in addition to the VIP perks for food. On the second day, staff informed us there had been a misunderstanding and moved us to a different room, which they described as an upgrade. "We stayed at this lovely hotel boutique, my daughter and I , we loved it!! We reserved a room with beautiful views of the lake, everyday we had breakfast on the balcony it was breathtaking... the bed is very confortable, the staff is incredibly nice and welcomming. We took 15 minute walks almost to everything, nightime walks are wonderful, so many stars so so beautiful!! I will be back ❤️"

"Hotel was super convenient to and from the airport with their shuttle. You have to reserve a seat on the shuttle, so we let them know what time we were landing. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant which was nice."

"Unfassbar schönes Hotel mit traumhaften Ausblick! Die Bedienung an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat deutsch gesprochen. Sie hat uns freundlich empfangen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Restaurant darunter war ebenfalls 5 von 5 Sternen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, allein schon wegen dem Ausblick auf den See."

"Unbeatable views but that's about it. No elevator. Had to lug all of our luggage upstairs ourselves. No help from the staff. Rooms are incredibly outdated and dilapidated. The TV is smaller than my laptop. The shower is the size of a shower on a cruise ship. The restaurant on property is just ok. They try too hard to serve fancy food instead of sticking to a traditional, simple Italian menu. If it wasn't for the incredible view it would have been a total bust."

"Room was clean and comfortable. What made our stay great was the staff. Particularly the front desk staff of Matteo and Antonio who helped us with some very challenging tasks, but they stuck with it and helped us complete them. The bar staff were also great-Tomas. Breakfast was delicious and lots of variety. Value was excellent. Would absolutely stay there again."
