"Our room was very nice, spacious and the maid cleaned it spotless every day. The only thing about the room though was it didn't have a dresser/bureau so we basically couldn't unpack all of our clothes. The staff was AMAZING! so helpful and friendly they made our stay (35th Anniversary) so special. We spent pretty much every day in the pool which was awesome the staff early every morning would scrub down the whole pool and vacuum it. So many activities were planned everyday by Breathless for...

"The hotel looks and feels newly renovated, mattresses are super comfy, a/c, water pressure and temp all work great. Staff is agreeable and helpful, the food is also delicious, well prepared and presented. Points to improve: 1. Everytime you enter the waterpark you have to fill out and sign a form (just get a one-time signature at check-in). 2. A couple of times we couldn't get service because there was no staff on site...this happened once at the food counter in the waterpark, once in the gym,...

"A Frightening and Unacceptable Experience at Royalton CHIC Punta Cana
Our stay at Royalton CHIC Punta Cana turned into a nightmare. My husband and I believe we were drugged. My husband was missing for several hours, and when he was found, he was injured, barely able to stand, and unable to remember what happened. We believe we were victims of kidnapping, physical assault, and robbery.
What makes this even more disturbing is our serious concern that this incident may have involved an inside job...

"Absolutely loved it. All inclusive resort that also includes amazing hospitality? Wouldn’t have had it any other way. We reserved a preferred swim up and it was just as lovely as I expected. It was rejuvenating experience and made all that much easier with our concierge, Francisco. He was extremely helpful, and it was perfect having someone to answer any questions or ensure any accommodations we needed without evening lifting a finger because he would just spawn like a genie.
I’d previously...

"Las instalaciones del hotel, incluida la habitación, están en muy buenas condiciones, se mantienen limpias y son cálidas y agradables. La habitación es bastante moderna, especialmente el baño. El único inconveniente es que no ofrecen servicios de streaming, solo canales locales, en la televisión. Como el hotel es relativamente pequeño en comparación con otros hoteles grandes de cinco estrellas de la zona, es fácil desplazarse entre el lobby, las piscinas, el área de juegos y el spa. Esto resulta...

"The hotel is kids friendly, but the check in process was horrible it took 2 hours to do it, with us been the 3rd family in line only. The 4 restaurants they have working at the time is per reservation only and we couldn't get any for the first 2 day of the stay. So we had to go to the buffet, on the 1st day was bad, the options where really limited, and very mediocre quality. Also, the restaurants available don't open everyday, which makes it even harder to get a reservation. The Restaurants...
