"Maria, the young lady that checked us in was really nice. She upgraded which was nice even though it was just for one night. The restaurant staff were excellent and very helpful. Food was ok. The decor is geared towards a younger person. It’s very central, a 25 minute walk to Anne Frank’s House. Bkfast is served at 7:00 am. There is also a gym which we did not use. Very centrally located and about 20 minutes to the airport."

"Great location for a conference we attended. Rooms were usual basic Ibis as expected. Check-in staff appeared to be less welcoming to US travelers, which was disappointing after long transatlantic flights. We were able to store our luggage, but had to wait until 3pm. Others were walking in well before 3 and given room keys immediately."

"Hotel was conveniently close to the tram and Keizersgracht and Rembrandtplein. I enjoyed how this hotel wasn’t right in the middle of all the chaos of the nightlife but still very much walking distance to it all. The hotel could use some renovations outside of the hotel and some tender, love, and care but it definitely has potential. Rooms are also small and if you are in main floor of front Overall, a decent stay. I do recommend for a short stay and for solo travelers."
