"This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. "Amazing experience! I guess it’s the first time that actually the hotel photos make justice to the real thing. I would definitely return in my next visit to Manchester. The only thing that need to level up is the variety and a quality of the breakfast menu."

"Room was very nice and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bar was well stocked and the breakfast was good although a little pricey for what you get. The motel could use a gym and better television options."

"Lovely room we checked in early with upgrade to higher floor which was nice a/c a little noisy nice breakfast but bacon bit dried up. Hotel very close to train station which was handy to leave luggage and spend time in the city would stay again "

"The staff was wonderful, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. We loved our room with the kitchen and laundry: perfect for our 9-day stay. The location was great, close to the train station and walkable to everyplace downtown. We had a bit of trouble making the washing machine work properly, but after a google search, found that this particular brand sometimes gets wonky and needs to be reset. "Everything is good and the only thing dislike is the price became lower on the day of check in hehe. Room is clean; aircon is cool; window able to open for ventilation; fast WiFi; hot shower pressure is stong; toiletries are tamper proof and smells nice; location is near Manchester Piccadilly station; cleaning is well done everyday (remember to hang the cleaning sign on your door before you leave the room); extra towels are available under the sink cabinet. "
