"Great staff great location and good service "

"I booked the pool room for a week. I chose this hotel because it's not in the city center. I wanted to avoid the noise and crowds when I needed to recharge. Perfect spot. The area isn't out of the way but isn't too busy. The train station is right across the walkway with a mall and plenty of eateries attached. Staff was amazing even with my broken Japanese. A few members spoke good English as well. I came back from being out every day to a perfectly cleaned room and complimentary snacks and...

"Friendly staff. Room was huge with a good view. Shuttle to Disney was a plus. Walking distance to train station. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of Japanese and Westerm Food. Family Mart in the hotel."

"Very family friendly hotel! Staff was very friendly! Hotel is right at the pick up and drop off for the bus to and from Tokyo Disneyland ! Very convenient! 2 minute walk to a Lawsons. Only issue was one dryer out of 2 was working and gave the clothing a mold/mildew smell. Even after drying for an hour and a half, clothing still not fully dry. Other than that, would stay there again! "
