"Breakfast buffet really good lots to choose from. Food on the other menu was OK wouldn’t say amazing. Very clean, well kept hotel. Room cleaned every day which was great. Plunge pool room was great. The only negative thing I’d have to say is our room air con wasn’t very good. We both didn’t sleep great every night because of the heat"

"Lovely hotel. Breakfast buffet had different variety. Indonesian and English style. The restaurant was out in the open overlooking the beach which was different. It was right on Kuta beach so few steps and your there. Very family/ couple vibes as opposed to party goers in Canggu. Shopping and food nearby which is great. Close to beach walk mall. Only downside is ants in the room which maybe they can’t control as it’s a tropical island and lots of greenery around. Kept luggage zipped everytime and made sure to dust off ants from my toiletries before putting back in bag. Overall good hotel "

"Everywhere was very clean, location is great as 5 minutes drive from airport and 2 minute walk to beach. The staff were all very friendly, very comfortable beds, great WiFi and water pressure, kettle and a fridge in room as well as English Tv channels. Rooftop pool fab as was the breakfast with cereals, egg station, poori station, toast, fresh fruit, yoghurt, curry, chicken sausages etc. "

"Rooms were clean, staff was great, breakfast was very good and family friendly Hotel. The only complain that my room had cockroaches, for which I did complain to the staff but they didn’t do anything."

"It was our first hotel after arriving in Bali for the first three days to acclimatize. The food was perfect and it was the first hotel where I could have their protein for breakfast after a workout at the hotel gym. Great idea. The employees were perfect, worked at 100%. Since my girlfriend and I both work in a hotel in Austria, I can say that the technical condition of the hotel, service and Housekeeping all is perfekt. The only tip for the future regarding laundry. Before the guest hands over their clothes, the guest must fill out a list of what they want to have washed. We're thinking about maybe making one more reservation for the last few days before our flight back."

"Overall, the stay was good. The room was clean, and the staff were helpful. The environment was quiet and the location is near a shopping mall, which is convenient for shopping and food hunting. 😊 However, I found a hair in my plate during the breakfast buffet. I hope the team can be more careful when handling food to ensure better hygiene in the future."
