"Very friendly staff. Helpful, considerate, very accommodating. Gabriele and Juliana were both very professional, personable, communicative and provided valuable information. They are both assets to the organization and made our stay perfect. I had only one observation in the outdoor dining area on the rooftop. The wait staff did not clean the table from the prior customers before serving me aperitivo."

"This was the perfect base for our short stay in Naples. Super convenient from the train station with plenty of food options nearby. We particularly loved the rooftop terrace which gave us a fantastic view over the city. We were also especially impressed with the service, the person on reception for most of our stay (I think his name was Francesco) was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was very comfortable and well fitted. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again. "

"Great location, central to everything, Metro line right outside the door. Lots of places to eat close by and a great gelato/bakery in the same building. Only drawback is the mattress was uncomfortable and needed replacing, but besides that the room was very nice, with a great shower. The owner was very nice and had great communication. 9/10 for us, but that’s only because of the mattress if that gets replaced 10/10!"

"The hotel is clean with comfortable bed and white duvet comforter. Nice bathroom with amenities. Staff friendly and helpful. Good choice of breakfast. Hotel is 1 block from train station. Neighborhood clean and safe. They can store your luggage and get a taxi for you in minutes. Definitely will stay here again. "
