"Hotel is located next to train station which is convenient if you are traveling by train, however it also makes it a very loud area with lots of cars & people. The room & hotel areas are clean, however the a/c could not be manually set in the room and is controlled by the hotel which cannot be adjusted. I prefer my rooms cooler and was told a fan could not be provided. I tried to keep the window open however the street noise was too loud to sleep through. The staff were a bit cold and indifferent. If not for my train schedule, I would stay closer to the historic center for a better Naples experience."

"We only stayed here for a brief overnight since we had to leave early in the morning, but my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We weren't able to eat breakfast there since we had to leave early for the airport but the staff were very helpful in packing up items to eat on the drive there. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Breakfast is great, a lot of choices. Very close to SPACCNAPOLI street. Room is clean with a balcony. We like it very much. Only thing was there are several staircases to the reception, no one helps with luggages."

The staff was very attentive and responsive when you needed them. Elevator was a great amenity as well! We highly recommend this place for you stay in Naples. "We were very happy with this hotel. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The only negative I have to say is the elevator/lift situation was difficult with my 77 year old mother and her walker. Certain lifts only went to certain areas of the hotel. The signs for the lifts were not well visualized. "
